What is Framepick?
Framepick is photo selection software for wedding and event photographers. It analyzes a folder on your Windows computer, suggests a selection, and lets you review event categories and individual photos before copying the chosen originals.
Can I select 500 photos from an event with 5,000 photos?
You can set a target selection count, such as 500, for your event folder. The result depends on the available photos and your settings. Processing time varies with your computer and image sizes; large-event performance is still being evaluated in this beta.
Are my photos uploaded to the cloud?
Framepick analyzes and reviews photos locally on your computer. Photos are not uploaded. The website handles downloads and paid checkout; payment details and a device identifier are used for purchase and activation.
How does Framepick help cover every event or ceremony?
Framepick uses detected event segments and editable categories to spread the selection across an event. You can review category counts and correct the grouping for ceremonies, dancing, meals, family groups, or other moments. Automatic grouping can miss a moment, so check the categories and final selection before exporting.
Can I add, rename, delete, or correct categories?
Yes. You can add, edit, and delete event categories and correct their photo assignments. Review the category counts and adjust the selected photos to match the story you want your album to tell.
How does it reduce duplicate photos?
Local visual matching helps identify similar or near-identical frames and favors more distinct choices. Similar photos can still remain, and two similar-looking frames may capture different important moments. You control the final selection.
Does it recognize every guest or identify a specific person?
The beta can use visible face counts to help favor group photos, but it does not identify named people or guarantee that every guest appears. Review group and audience photos yourself to make sure important people are included.
Which photo formats are supported?
The Windows beta supports JPEG, PNG, TIFF, WebP, and BMP. RAW and HEIC are not supported yet. If you shoot RAW, export supported image copies for selection and keep your original RAW files separately.
Does Framepick delete or change my original photos?
No. Export copies the selected original files into your chosen output folder. Source photos remain unchanged. Keep your usual backup of the event library and check the destination folder after export.
Which computers can run the beta? Do I need Python?
Framepick is a Windows x64 desktop app. Python and required libraries are bundled in the installer. There is no separate Python setup. A macOS or Linux installer is not currently offered.
Why does Windows show an unknown publisher warning?
This beta installer is not publisher-signed yet, so Windows may display an unknown publisher or SmartScreen warning. Publisher signing is planned after photographer feedback. Download only from the official Framepick website and install only if you are comfortable testing an unsigned beta; an installer SHA-256 checksum is provided on the download page.
Is Framepick free?
Framepick has a free trial: up to 3 event libraries during 7 days from your first analysis. Monthly access costs ₹500 and yearly access costs ₹5,000 for one Windows computer, with unlimited events during the paid term. Plans are prepaid and do not renew automatically.
How are the trial limits counted?
Your 7 days start when you first analyze a supported photo library. You can analyze up to 3 distinct libraries. Re-analysis of an unchanged library and category corrections do not consume another event. Adding or changing source photos counts as a new library. Empty folders and failed analyses do not use an event slot. After the third event, you can finish those libraries within the remaining trial time. After 7 days, analysis, changes and export require paid activation; saved work remains readable. Ordinary reinstalling does not restart the trial for the same Windows user.
How do I buy and activate a paid plan?
Open Plans inside the Windows app to link your computer. Choose monthly access for ₹500 or yearly access for ₹5,000 and complete secure checkout. After payment is confirmed, copy the activation code into the app. Paid access starts on the payment date and covers unlimited events on one computer for one calendar month or one year. There is no automatic renewal; renew after expiry, as early purchases do not extend the current term. Use Check payment to recover activation if the payment window closes.
How can I send feedback or report a problem?
Email support@agentora.in with your Framepick version, Windows version, photo count, and the steps that caused the problem. Tell us about missed events, repeated photos, category corrections, processing time, or export issues. Do not send customer photos; a description or a screenshot without private content is enough to start.
