Framepick by Agentora
Android app privacy policy
This policy covers the Framepick Android beta developed by Agentora Technologies Private Limited. It covers local photo review, category suggestions, copying and duplicate cleanup. Last updated: 29 October 2026.
Photos you choose
Framepick accesses image files you select using Android's system document picker. It uses the read access granted by that picker, including saved access where the provider supports it. The app does not request unrestricted photo-library or device-storage access. You choose the destination separately when copying reviewed photos.
Local analysis and saved data
Image processing and text recognition run on your device. Recognized page text is used in memory for category suggestions and is not saved as extracted document text in the app's job reports. App-private storage keeps selected file references, names, dimensions, file checksums, categories, choices, custom rules, compact visual comparison signatures and progress checkpoints so you can review or resume work. Small previews are decoded for display; the app does not upload photos or recognition data.
Duplicate review and system Trash
Exact file copies and possible resized or compressed copies are reviewed separately. Possible matches can differ and remain included until you decide. No source photo is deleted automatically. If you choose cleanup after comparing a copy and its protected reference, Framepick verifies current source checksums and asks Android to move that extra copy to system Trash. Android 11 or later and a supported local MediaStore photo are required. Android presents its own consent request. There is no permanent-delete fallback. Restoring photos is managed by Android or your gallery; run a fresh scan to show restored files in Framepick.
Network, accounts and advertising
The Android beta does not request Internet permission and does not integrate an app account, an advertising service, a separate product analytics service or in-app customer billing. Photos, OCR text and duplicate comparison signatures are processed locally by Framepick. The beta is free to test. Desktop Windows plans and activation are separate. Third-party SDK operational diagnostics are described below; the lack of app Internet permission alone is not a guarantee about every device service.
Text recognition SDK diagnostics
Framepick uses bundled Google ML Kit text-recognition libraries. Google's ML Kit disclosure describes operational diagnostics that can include device and application information, per-installation identifiers, performance, configuration and error information. This is distinct from Framepick uploading your photos or recognized text. Exact SDK versions, device-service behaviour and the final release's Google Play Data safety declarations are being reviewed before public launch. See Google's linked SDK disclosure for its data categories and handling.
Photo providers and other apps
A cloud photo provider you choose may download a selected file or otherwise process it under its own policy. Android and your gallery manage their own system Trash. Opening a photo in another app uses that app's handling and permissions. The Framepick website, Play Store and any email service used to contact support have their own policies; this Android app policy does not describe their separate website or account activity.
Your controls and retention
Saved review information remains in the app's private storage until you clear the app's storage or uninstall it. Android backup is disabled for this beta's app data. Clearing app storage or uninstalling removes local app metadata and saved access; it does not remove your original photos or files already copied to a chosen export folder. Manage copied files and system Trash through your Files or gallery app. Keep your usual backups.
Support and policy changes
You may contact support@agentora.in with a version, device type and description of an issue. Do not email customer photos, identity documents or other private files; a description or a screenshot without private content is enough to begin. If you voluntarily email support, the information in that message is handled to respond to your enquiry. We will update this policy before introducing materially different app data practices.
