Agentora presents Framepick

Your photos and documents.
In order, on your computer.

Organize a mixed photo library into useful folders, or choose highlights from a wedding or event. Framepick suggests document categories, keeps distinct pages and lets you correct the result before copying. Your photos stay on your Windows computer.

Download Windows trial7-day trial · up to 3 libraries · v0.7.0-beta4 · Windows x64

Trial: 7 days from first analysis, up to 3 photo libraries in either mode. Continue for ₹500 monthly or ₹5,000 yearly on one Windows computer.

Already installed? Finish any analysis, indexing or copying, close the Framepick Beta window, run the latest Setup and reopen the app. Look for “by Agentora” and v0.7.0-beta4 in the workspace header. If the old interface remains, press Ctrl+Shift+R in the Framepick browser tab. Your saved work, confirmed People combinations and paid activation are kept.

New in the Windows beta

Find photos using anonymous People groups, a reference face or visually similar backgrounds. After analyzing a library, open People or Places and choose Start local indexing. Search includes photos not selected for copying and leaves your picks unchanged. Places compares visible backgrounds, not GPS locations. You can also retain your folder structure and select photos independently within each subfolder. Indexing can stop and resume, with improved indexing responsiveness.

Beta 4 improves local indexing speed and avoids repeatedly loading the same previews while you browse. It also rejects unusable face detections and keeps reference searches within compatible recognition data. Existing saved indexes remain available. First-time indexing still takes longer for large libraries, and suggested matches need your review.

If the same person appears on several People cards, review their faces, select those cards' checkboxes and choose Combine selected people. Framepick keeps the lowest existing person ID, counts each photo once and saves your correction locally for that library. Reference examples are kept for future matching. Automatic groups can still need review.

01

Keep photos private

Photos and document text are processed on your computer. Recognized text is used in memory for classification and is not saved in your selection reports or sent to a cloud service.

02

Cover the whole event

Review detected event segments and editable category counts to help include each ceremony, meal, performance and family group.

03

Keep every distinct page

Organizer mode excludes only identical files or full pixel copies from its output. Distinct fronts, backs and pages remain available, even when their layouts look similar.

Two ways to sort

Organize photos into folders

Choose Organizer in the app's main dropdown. Local page text and file or folder names suggest categories for identity documents, property records, marksheets, degrees and more.

Identity documentsPropertyEducation and qualificationsFinancialMedicalTravelEvents and peopleOther photosNeeds review

See the included count for each folder, correct a photo's category, add your own folders, or rename them. Distinct document backs are retained; explicitly named front and back pages can share a suggested category.

Suggestions need review. Recognition works best with clear English or Latin text and useful file names. Untitled photos and unsupported languages may need manual sorting; the beta does not recognize every scene or document type.

Select event highlights

Keep the original wedding and event workflow: choose a target number, review coverage across detected segments, and manage categories for ceremonies, dancing, meals and family groups.

Visual matching reduces similar frames while quality and coverage guide the first selection. You make the final choice. Event segments do not automatically identify ceremonies or named people.

Check Retain my folder structure to select each photo-containing folder independently, including nested folders. The target then applies per folder, and copied selections keep their original relative subfolder paths. Leave it unchecked for one selection across the library.

Both modes copy included originals into a new output folder. Organizer uses category folders and preserves source subfolders to keep repeated file names separate. No original is deleted or changed.

How it works

1

Download and install the Windows beta

2

Choose Organizer or Event highlights and a local folder

3

Review categories and included photos, then copy

Windows 11 x64 beta with trial limits and paid activation. Python, local text and visual recognition models, and required libraries are bundled. JPEG, PNG, TIFF, WebP and BMP are supported; RAW, HEIC and PDF are not supported yet. People and Places indexing is optional and starts only when you choose it.

Before you try the beta

This beta is not publisher-signed yet. Windows may show an unknown publisher or SmartScreen warning. Publisher signing is planned after photographer feedback. Only install if you are comfortable testing an unsigned beta.

Keep your usual backup. Review folder suggestions, document pages and event picks before copying. Organizer deliberately keeps similar photos and pages unless they are identical files or full pixel copies; it does not automatically delete originals. Large-library performance is still being evaluated.

Photo organization questions, answered

What is Framepick?

Framepick is a local photo and document organizer for Windows. Organizer suggests category folders for a mixed library and keeps every distinct image. Event highlights suggests a smaller photo selection. Optional People and Places search helps you browse the analyzed library by anonymous face groups or visually similar backgrounds, including photos not selected for copying. Review the result, correct categories or picks, and copy included originals into a new folder.

How do I find a person and see their photo count?

Finish analyzing a library, open People and choose Start local indexing. Person cards show anonymous library-local IDs such as P000001 and the count of distinct photos in that group. Open a card to see its photos, including those not selected for copying. A person appearing twice in one photo counts as one photo. Groups are suggestions, not named identities; small, obscured or uncertain faces may remain ungrouped. Review matches and use Clear matches to return to the library.

How do I correct two People groups that show the same person?

Review the faces first, then select the checkboxes on the same person's People cards and choose Combine selected people. The combined group keeps the lowest existing person ID and counts each distinct photo once, even when that photo appeared in several groups. Framepick saves the correction locally for that library and keeps the groups' reference examples for future matching. Your photo selection and originals stay unchanged. Automatic grouping can still split one person or suggest an incorrect match, so review the cards before combining them.

Can I find photos using a reference face?

Yes. Once local indexing has finished, or after stopping an index with some photos completed, open People and choose a reference image on your computer. Choose the face to search for, even when only one face is detected; if several faces are present, select the intended one. Then choose Find this person's photos. Results include indexed photos not selected for copying and show likely or possible matches for your review. A reference does not reveal anyone's name or guarantee every appearance will be found. Your current picks stay unchanged.

Does Places find locations using GPS?

No. Places compares visible backgrounds only; it does not use GPS or identify geographic locations or venues by name. Open Places after analysis and choose Start local indexing. Browse anonymous background groups and their distinct-photo counts, or choose a reference image to find visually similar backgrounds. Similar scenes can be different real places, and the same place can look different from another angle. Review suggested matches before relying on them.

Can I retain my folders and select photos separately in each one?

Yes. In Event highlights, check Retain my folder structure before starting. Framepick scans the chosen folder and its nested folders, then makes an independent selection from the photos directly in each photo-containing folder. The target becomes Photos per folder, so the combined total can be larger than that number. A folder may have fewer distinct photos or need extra picks for episode coverage. Copied selections keep their original relative subfolder paths. The option is unchecked by default; leave it unchecked for one selection across the library.
